攻打伊拉克戰爭，而使他們原本的幸福因而幻滅

這首歌是Billie Joe寫來紀念在他十歲時去世的父親
藉著這首歌帶他回到傷心的童年，因為他父親的去世，同時也失去純真童年的那一天
就像是個意外的創傷，即使已經過了20年後的今天，Billie Joe並沒有真的復原
每年到了9月..這個他父親過世的月份，也串起了他心裡的傷痛
就如同歌詞裡寫的
也許只剩下這些的回憶
但對於失去的 我卻永遠不會忘記
